Another wonderful visit to beautiful Cannon Beach and another terrific stay at the Wayside. Super dog friendly. Not the Ritz but clean, quiet, safe and comfortable. You cannot beat the location which is not only right across from beach access but next door to a great grocery store.

Lovely place to stay. They are extremely hospitable! Let us borrow some binoculars (when we forgot to bring ours). Stayed with my mom in the two bedroom suite with a full kitchen and two bathrooms. The rooms were reasonably priced and spacious, all with great views and great access across the street to the beach. Would stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Wayside Inn. The rooms were clean and our suite was spacious. Our interactions with staff were always friendly and positive. The location was absolutely perfect: right across the street from the beach, right across the street from a grocery store, and within a very short drive of the downtown area. We preferred to be a bit outside of the downtown area, especially when it was busy. There is also a few dining locations within a few minute walking distance in the event we wanted to walk to dinner. If and when we return to Cannon Beach, we would absolutely stay here again.

Great place to stay with my pups. They provide treats, towels and sheets (to cover bedding.). Short walk to beach and great market just across the street. Exceptional staff. I arrived during a storm and the staff kept me updated about flooding and I stayed an extra night to be on the safe side. Would definitely stay here again!
