You Have to stay engaged. Do NOT leave your Love one there without constant visits. That's how we do. Not a good place to reside or rehab at. Under staff, Out dated, needs renovation. Under trained staff. It's amazing NYS has not shut them down.

I cannot even begin to describe how utterly disgusting this place is! From the negligence and incompetence of the staff to the filth everywhere you look. Please do NOT bring your loved one here! I am horrified that this place hasn't been shut down by the health department.

I wish I could give this place negative stars. They treat their patients like garbage - ignoring them and yelling at them when they ask for something. Horrible.

Not a good place to Rehab or reside. Place is out dated needs to be " Rehabiltated" !

I agree! My Mom lives there because she needs 24 hour care and the social workers don't even care if you complain.I will contact Dutchess County Social Services to investigate this dump.
