They open at 11 am, but I am not sure if they have a specific Brunch menu
I've had the same situation happen almost daily, Not only with them but also with Florida Hospital, Morgan and Morgan etc. I did some research and there are companies using the caller ID of bonafide business( spoofing) to get us to pick up the phone and extract info from us. As a rule now, I just don't answer. If it is them indeed and the nature of the matter is relevant, they will leave a voicemail.
In back of restaurant, but can get full quickly. People tend to park street side or at neighboring lots
