You definitely want to make a reservation online. Very easy to do and you walk in and sit down. I had the grilled meatloaf and macaroni.....DELICIOUS! Friendly service and very clean. Just a long line for those who didn't make reservations.

Everything about the Village Tavern exudes quality! The teams are so well trained and the food is divine. We had the prime rib, which melts in your mouth. We also shared the beet salad, which was the perfect blend of tangy (beets) and salty (crumbled feta) married with balsamic dressing— so delicious! I have to praise Village Tavern for providing a wonderful experience from hosts through to service. Thank you to the management for supporting your staff with excellent training.

Excellent restaurant! Large menu. Large wine menu. Prime rib was cooked to perfection. Staff was very friendly and kind. It is so good that it is always busy. Get there early. I will be back when in town. A must see restaurant.

We usually go to the Greensboro location and haven’t been to the Winston location in years. Our server, Bryan, was top notch! I don’t know if he’s a mind reader or has a crystal ball but he anticipated everything we needed! I got the filet mignon tacos and the sides are black beans and rice. I asked for hot chips instead and he brought two servings! He also brought me ranch even though I forgot to ask for it. He brought two additional half and half iced teas and then offered To Go teas as well! My tacos were delish but they had run a wooden skewer all the way through and it forced a steak chunk to push through, which tore up both soft shells. I ate with a fork and that’s fine. My sister got the bacon jam burger and fries. The burger was so huge she could only eat half. She said it was yummy! Very good experience and if we go back, I will ask for Bryan!!

$20. Very expensive compared to other restaurants in the area. Riverbirch is $5, Carrabba's is $10 (although they usually don't charge it), Firebirds is free (as long as it's not on their wine list.
Seems like a question best asked to the restaurant rather than random people on the internet
Reservations are accepted (and probably needed on weekend nights)
No, will not have Turkey Dinners. Aslo closed Thanksgiving.
That's unfortunate. I have eaten there many times and I can't remember a bad meal. I hope you spoke with your server and they substituted something else to your liking or credited your bill.
