Nice facility. There is a concession stand in the space and quite a bit of parking. I especially enjoyed the seat backs in the bleachers. Makes it nice for swim meets.

Only 2/3 of the pool is ever open, good luck trying to get a lane when there is a meet or swim practice. Recommend dedicating one section to paying customers. Not sure what I’m paying for if I can’t ever use the pool.

Yes, there is swim equipment available. I think some is reserved as there are classes going on throughout the day. Call for specific details.
Don't know, was there for a swim meet and the didn't charge an admission fee to watch it.
No. They don't, but the sidewalk connecting the outdoor fields makes a nice flat one!

The individual lanes must be rented through their office. Though there may be some time during the week of public swimming, I am unaware of any.
