I found the therapists to be both knowledgeable and effective. Felicks and Jason have been awesome and Brooke who does the scheduling is both helpful and accomodating with one's schedule constraints. The KEY to making the exercises work for you is to ask and learn which muscle groups are being targeted AND DO THE EXERCISES AT HOME and not just at the facility.
