I am disappointed with the service from this animal hospital. I needed a prescription for my dog for the heart worm interceptor plus. I currently do not have any means of transportation to get to the office to pick up the filled prescription. I ordered it online, hoping that chewy could fill the prescription after talking to the vet and I would get it shipped. However they refuse to scan or mail me or chewy the prescription and say I HAVE to pick it up. They were very rude to me on the phone and provided very bad customer service. I have to change my vet to get the prescription my dog NEEDS. I wish I could stay with the current veterinary, but they are not helping me fill this prescription. Very disappointed with how they spoke with me on the phone.
