Under renovation right now but the beds were comfortable. Staff was very pleasant. Left before breakfast, but it looked good!

Freezer portion of fridge was filthy/gross. Front desk service was exceptional! Gave us bottled water and snacks 👏😏

An express hotel is USUALLY newer and updated. This was true for the lobby. The rooms still have older, worn rugs, and we found spiders in my daughter's bed. They moved us to a different room but the damage was already done. No sleep worried about bugs. This place needs to be fumigated, and rugs, curtains, and probably mattresses replaced. I know we are in hard times, so if these things don't bother you, all good. They are short staffed, so no hospitality services (change sheets, extra towels, etc). We arrived late and were too tired to try to continue on to two towns up to a better location, and I was too tired to ask for my money back, but I do believe we should have been comped for our less than ok stay. We left before breakfast because I could only imagine what was in the kitchen if there were bugs in the rooms. Long time IHG member and very disappointed.

I have in my preference that I am a light sleeper and would like a quiet part of the hotel. My room was right outside of the ice machine. I did not think much about it. However, around 5 am someone leaving wanted ice. The noise that was made by that machine sounded like it was in the room with me. It woke me up from a sound sleep. I will remember that the next time I stay there.
