Over half the washers don't work. The soap dispenser machine ate my.money without giving me any soap. I won't be back

My washer died on this wonderful Saturday before the spin/drain cycle. So optionless I came here to rehash that load. I was there only to wash. The place is filthy and flooded which I couldn’t make sense of. You literally walk around in water. Trash everywhere and over half of the units are non functional. I found two small washers that were working. I would only come here if I absolutely had to like today.

Went in and one of the washers had two chicken bones and some other object I couldn’t exactly make up. The floor had water everywhere in an aisle, possibly mixed with soap. Not very clean at all and a washer didn’t fill up with water whatsoever. Ten washers with Out of Order taped on them. highly upset with my experience and I couldn’t find a phone number to call and report any of the issues so they could be resolved..

The washers and dryers work really well but with restroom that you can use and not bring your own toilet paper. 😉 It definitely use it again.
