Took the family there today, and nobody was there to check us in. Heard some gun shoot and we left.

This is a great place to ride. It isn’t hard to find like some have said. They have a sign out. Go down to the end of the driveway and pay $15 for one person to ride, park in the lot (they will tell you where it is) and there is a red gate you enter to ride. I like this place a lot. I’ve been to several atv/off-road parks in the area and this one did not disappoint. Some reviewers mourn the lack of trail management. I don’t. I like the obstacles. Yes there are tree limbs and downed trees and big ruts. And? I like it. It’s a more primitive experience for sure. Lots of good scenery. Lots of rugged woodland. Lots of open field. There is plenty of open area to have fun with a dirt bike and some of the trails are simple enough to ride one. Even now with the drought in this area there are still some decent mud holes as well. It’s about a 550 acre piece of land.

Trails need some work but are rideable for someone other than a beginner. Lots of ruts, deep tricky descents and climbs. Guessing when it's wet the mud ruts and creek crossings in the bottoms would be tough. Not a lot of trail info available but as long as you keep the barb wire fence on your right you should be on Royal property. Lots of fall scenery, creek crossings, wooded riding and fun times. I'll be back Park in the first lot, unload the atv, drive the atv back to the house, go inside up the ramp and ring the bell to pay. You'll ride though and gate and exit the same gate. 11/2018 - find someplace else to ride, owner is nice but no sign of any trail maintenance in some time. Riding a 4 wheeler here is dangerous. A group went...multiple machines w broken A arms, flipped ATV by very experienced riders. No maps or trail numbets indicting direction until the end when you see 'house' w an arrow. Could be a decent place if it was given some TLC.

I'd like to kno how all u people found this place, I went down the gravel road and found nothing. No signs showing where to pay, nowhere to park, nothing. In my opinion very poor set up, and looks very bad for business. There was a mailbox with the address on it but which house do I go to? Piss poor design in my opinion, would've been nice to ride here bc its close to my house but I guess that's not gonna happen bc I can't find y'all.

No we don't rent no atvs just bring your own n ride..
No
I believe it is, unless they've done some serious maintenance on the trails it's a rough going.
Not sure they care what u ride, unless it's changed it was rough last time I went. Lots of logging n very little to no trail markings. Pretty much if the fence is on your right you're still on the property
I think your asking do people bring dirt bikes? Yes they do
