Came here to see Maverick. The air conditioner was broken in the theater where the movie was showing. It was entirely too hot in there. Staff knew the air wasn't working, so therefore, they should have closed that room until the air was fixed.

The seats were uncomfortable and a lot of the people around me were messing on they're phones the entire time the movie was playing. There was also a really bad smell and the popcorn was stale. Honestly would not go back to this theater again. Only nice thing i can say is that the workers were really friendly.

Ok I just left there and never again. I use to randomly visit this theater. The last time was a little after they changed name or right before it(think Pirate of Carribean: Dead men tell no tales). So the theater needs a new ceiling and the chairs are uncomfortable. I only came to this theater because of an early showing of “Secrets Of Dumbledore” at 3. When I asked about it the guy at the register said huh? That should have been my point to run the opposite way. Eventually I got my ticket and kids pack and paid $13. And found myself in waiting for the show. Theater 1 had soft water spots on the ceiling I know cause I was staring at them waiting on the show to start. 3:05 rolls around and now I am hearing music. Wait why is the movie not started? Ok refill my drink and come back and music is still playing.So I ask the guys at the counter was he sure that it was theater 1 because all I hear is music and its 3:08ish. He tells me its 2:52. And the show should start soon. I go back to the theater and start to play on my phone he pops in and says they are working on it because its like 3:10. (Duh i told you it was past 3 ‘o’clock earlier but whatever. By 3:20 I’m starting to get annoyed so I call. He says he’s manager is working on it. My 3:00 movie ends up starting at 3:35 ish. So yeah if you want a movie that will start late, uncomfortable chairs, and them talking through the first 5 mins of the movie to make sure the reel is working this is the theaters for you. Me I’m choosing the Grand
