Customer service is just okay. Certain pizzas are not ready even though they are advertised as hot and ready. They are very very slow here.

How do you claim to have "hot and ready pizza," but when I go threw your not busy drive thru you tell me you have NOTHING?!?! When I'm able to get pizza here it's good, but this happens to often for me to give it a good review.

Do they always screw up mobile app orders and offer no compensation whatsoever or is it just me? You would think wasting a half hour of a customer's time would warrant a $5 coupon for a pizza.

Bad customer service. They said 10 minute wait and I waited more then 30 min. I thought I was hot and ready? Never again. I'll go to Pizza Hut next time
