Loudoun Water came to our home today (Wed) to let us know about high water usage. The gentleman was polite, informative, and helpful. I knew we had a toilet running for about 5-6 days - we just hadn't thought about it or fixed it yet. I feel terrible about it - he showed us the meter and it was going crazy - 125/gallons per hour. I am so pleased Loudoun Water was monitoring effectively and communicated with us so well. I really appreciate the service and assistance. Thank you Loudoun Water.

New resident to the area and setting up an account with Loudoun Water was simple and easy. I spoke with Lisa R who is extremely pleasant, courteous and willing to help. She answered my questions and proceeded with the final steps to open the account. Overall experience is 5 STARS.

Too expensive and highest utility bill among Gas & Electric as monthly basic.

Overpriced with rates increasing yearly. Water consistently has poor taste and leaves behind large amounts of residue. Unfortunately there is no other option in this particular area.
