I stay at 5-8 different Hilton properties every year. I stick with the Hilton brand for their customer service, quality of service and locations. With that said, never have I ever felt as UNwelcomed and disregarded as Property Manager Jolene made me feel at this Hampton Inn. The condescending nature in which the manager spoke to me when she told me, "I need you to understand something we're running a skeleton cleaning crew".... as if that was the guests problem.. and then when I showed up "early" to use the pool at the property while my room was getting ready, she literally spoke and treated me as if I was an idiot for trying to show up at the hotel before 4pm... because "that IS the check-in time. This lady knows very little of treating guests and basic principals of hospitality, she would have made a better bailiff or correctional facility officer. Never coming back here. Tip to them: Simply try to suck less in how you treat your guests. Room was on the cleaner side... Breakfast was well inventoried... Brattleboro Area is Sketchy as hell. Skip it if you can. The red haired girl and the blue haired girl were both pleasant. Jolene should update her resumé.

This hotel has gone seriously downhill in the past couple of years. We couldn’t sleep at all (our extended family had three rooms) due to the paper thing walls and another guest who kept the TV on full blast all night, the smelly rooms, hallways, and lobby, and the dirt/grime everywhere. The general manager was extremely rude to my family member who asked for their room to be cleaned again due to finding someone else’s toenail and hair in the bathroom. The Quality Inn across the parking lot is one of the hotels who took in vouchers to house homeless people in the area, and reportedly owned by the same people. While some hotels played an important role in keeping homeless people (slightly) more safe during the pandemic, the obvious lack of maintenance and sanitation shows you that these hotel managers only care about a steady paycheck, not providing a comfortable environment for their guests, with or without vouchers.

I am from New York, specifically Long Island. I came up to Vermont to go skiing with my family at Mt.Snow. There were no affordable hotels near by so we decided to stay here. Wrong choice! The first day we got here we asked for early admission, they said they could not do that for us, and we were totally understanding. We winded up going into town for a bit and came back at our regular check in time, but our rooms were still not ready. Whatever, we went in the pool for a bit and everything was ok. The following day we had asked for room service because we were having another person coming to stay with us, they said they would do it while we were gone at the mountain. They did not. Another complaint I had is that their breakfast area had very little options because they ran out of so many different things, even when we woke up at 7:00 AM. They ran out of eggs, orange juice, coffee, water, milk, and pastries. They did not seem to have a lot of staff, or maybe they just didn't care, because their main toilet was clogged and the whole place had an overall musty smell. 2/5 I would not come back.

Rooms have weak floors and walls!!! Very noisy!! Also car was gone through in parking lot and laptop was stolen. Area is very very sketchy with many hotel dwelling transients in area. This hotel doesn’t have those people but neighboring properties do. Computer location is showing Pepsi warehouse next door. I’m assuming it’s in woods. Be aware !!!

Might be tight, but they should. I would call to confirm since the Questions here are not necessarily answered by them. Should be easier to fit if it isn't a weekend.
Not recently. Was just there a couple weekends ago and it could really use an update.
