She has worked overtime to clear up a financial situation that she had nothing to do with and yet was incredibly understanding and helpful to make sure the right thing was done. Angie and Ashley were excellent! I had called multiple times and made reservations and then had to call and switch times they were very helpful and super nice. I was going to get another storage unit for my mother and then decided not to but then we moved her to a different location in Brattleboro and decided to revisit cube smart to see if they had a larger unit available. Both were very helpful and accommodating now I can get all of my mothers things and put them in one area where she can get to them easier. So I just wanna thank you for being so kind and helpful It’s very rare these days to have such great guest service.

The unit would require a key that you'd have. Even if you don't have a key, they can cut it off and you could buy one of their nice locks and get your new keys.
