For any urgent care matter PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. The one on lake ridge has the slowest service possible For any urgent care matter. No-one even checks on the patient to see if they are ok or not or at least give them An update. We waited in the waiting area with my elderly mom who came in with severe rash and itching all Over her body. We waited for 3 hours in the waiting area. The nurse took us back and told us to have a seat in the room. THAT IS IT. She never came by to see if my mom is ok or if she needed something. When the nurse checked her blood pressure it was very high even that didn’t alarm her or The doctor. She was so Exhausted from just waiting from One room to another she almost bled her hands from Scratching and wanted to leave. We waited another 60-90 minutes for the doctor to evaluate her in the room. THIS IS RIDICULES. THE WHOLE POINT OF URGENT CARE IS TO BE SEEN URGENTLY. I understand there are other patients some more serious condition than others but seriously this is too much. 4-5 hours for a simple diagnosis. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AGAIN TO ANYONE. You feel more sick here just waiting for hour’s then you did when you first come in.

Waiting room was dead, yet I am still waiting an hour and a half to just ask a question about my last visit! This is insanely annoying. Service seems to be getting progressively worse here.

I believe so. I would advise for you to bring a copy of your yellow card record. More than often they may have a database or system that should be able to track your vaccine history.
