not what i expected but everything was good. totally different atmosphere than the competitor nearby as this one is kinda "blah" inside. but the smoothies were way better and the staff was way nicer.

I went to smoothie king because I love there peanut power plus drink. I order two and since they didn’t have dates I asked to replace it with peanut butter. The person was not listening and Charges me extra. When I asked for the second drink, this person. Just looked at me and walk to the register. Once I was paying for the extra drink, that should of be n charged in the beginning , I notice the price difference and asked “why was the first drink more expensive? “She looked at me again and said” I don’t know, oh yeah I think I charged you for the extra ingredient”, I then told her that it shouldn’t be an extra ingredient because since they are out of stock of dates, it’s a replacement. She then ignored me and walk away to start make the 2nd drink. Didn’t offer to refund me or nothing. I asked if I can get a taller straw, looked at me the proceeds to washing the blender and cleaning the counter, I asked her again and all she had to say was a “oh, no we don’t “, at this point I’m upset for the kind of rudeness of customer service and to top it off the drinks came out watery! I just want my refund.
