This is my experience today and I have never been here before. We came for my daughter's pediatrician covid vaccine and the experience was totally great!!! First, we arrived at the CVS and there was a greeter who showed us where to go. Then, at the concierge desk, the manager or supervisor helped us to do the check-in in the computer. Then, the waiting area of the MinuteClinic was clean and nice. The best part was the nurse practitioner Shay (sp?) who put the vaccine to my 3 year old daughter. He was amazing!!! We even asked him if he will be there next time. My daughter didn't feel a thing👍 Right after the Covid shot, she asked where is my lollipop😂 The nurse practitioner did some techniques to distract her and he also answered to my daughter's questions...a 3 year old questions...He was amazing!!! Thank you CVS and MinuteClinic for giving us such a great experience during this important moment.

Dec. 23, 2021 - increasing to three starts because I recently went back, as far as all the other urgent care clinics available this one had an opening, unfortunately their system (app) needs work [2 stars], when I started my reservation for 11 AM, it asked me so much information that when I had to confirm it was gone, apparently it happens to everyone. 2nd you must check in when you arrive or before that online, and yes DO ARRIVE EARLY and wait, there is no way around it. I'll say it's better than rushing to a hospital or hear that your personal doctor doesn't have time to see you! I am grateful these clinics are available but we certainly need more doctors here [3 stars]. My doctor was very thorough, tested me for Covid because of my symptoms, and had I been feverish she would have sent me to the hospital; prescribed the medication I needed and picked it up within 15 minutes, that was awesome all done within hours, just before the holidays, when everyone even my trusty doctor is not available. ******Jan. 2020 - First time I was there for a vaccine and learning how it works, wait time was about half hour, after signing-in I had to wait 33 minutes, after that they had a lunch break and my wait was 1 hour and 20 minutes, since there's NEVER ANYONE TO TALK TO I set my timer to come back, when I came back my name was dropped and they told me to sign-in again and wait an hour [1 star], the nerve! Ridiculous! Worst service ever.

Worst physicians ever. Always ‘running behind’ and patients are taken almost an hour behind schedule. Your better off going someplace else. Also, Physician wouldn’t give a quick signature for immunization records without appointment?!! ONE SIGNATURE. Couldn’t give me 1 minute of her time .. so disappointed

You need a chest Xray. False positives require another form of testing to be cleared.
I can't remember how much but there is a cost associated with getting school forms signed. You can do a walk-in but in my experience this minute clinic tends to be busier than others so I'd advise setting up an appointment via website if you can. You can certainly get lucky if it's a slow day then theyll see you right away. I enjoyed the nurse practitioners here, they're great people.
