This company must be out of business OR SHOULD BE. Called too many times, left too many message and noting. Using their phone system takes you to dead end option with "please do not leave a message as ...." If Fort Myers Oxygen is still in business, you guys need to take a business class as your service sucks -10

Unable to get in touch with anyone can’t leave message says to to leave a message then voice recording says can’t leave a message. Don’t waste your time with this garage run business many other reputable places to choose from

I'm waiting on hold again, you can't leave message when they tell you to dial 0, it tells you you can't leave a message in the lowest voice possible. I have told them this before. I'm calling today because I got new hoses recently, they're different than what came with Luna. I can't disattatch from machine to clean. I have to drive 37 min. to this office and then back 37 min. all for 5 minute visit. I've been on hold for 13 minutes now, and tried earlier today twice for 5 minutes. I'm very jealous of person who posted they wrote directions down for them, I've been told stuff and that's it.Now 16 minutes on hold.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. Absolutely NO customer service. Getting billed for items I don't have. You will spend days on the phone waiting for these people. VERY rude and I will find another company in town. Shameful!!!!
