Worst office. Don’t waste your time. I have serious symptoms like 6-7 day constipation and they do not care. My Dr, Dr Heath has not even called. I’ve been talking to his nurse back and forth and simple tests that I’ve asked for to rule out things, have been denied. When I ask has it been ruled out, it’s no. Why? Because tests haven’t been done to rule it out. So I continue to deal with these terrible symptoms that make even eating and having bowel movement difficult. They put up road blocks. Maybe a different doctor would be better but for now, I might as well suffer because that’s exactly what they are letting me do. I’ve now told them if I find a doctor who confirms any of my suspicions I’m suing because the pain I deal with daily because they won’t complete a test that my insurance pays for, that I pay for is ridiculous. If it weren’t for me even requesting a endoscopy I would not know I have a hiatal hernia, had grade 2 esophagitis or stomach inflammation. Just don’t waste your time. Now I’m waiting til March for shands. NFL just needs to do better at this point.

Rude office staff. and they NEVER call you to make an appt when you are referred there. Recommend going anywhere else if you can

This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing from a doctors office. Every time I call I am given the voicemail of the RN (specifically Dr. Ross’ RN Nicole) and wait anywhere from 1-3 days for a response that is full of attitude and generally no help whatsoever. I once was in a lot of pain and having a severe Crohns flair and it took multiple messages and days for a response only to hear that my doctor was out of the office on vacation and the doctors are “territorial” over their patients so I couldn’t receive and guidance, prescriptions, or appointments with anyone else and had to wait a week for my doctor to return from vacation or go to the ER and hope someone there could help. They will charge you for anything and everything and when asked about what you’re being charged for, good luck getting an answer. It took multiple tries to get my records sent to my primary so I could refer out from this practice. I am currently on day 3 of waiting for a refill on a prescription that I have been told cannot be skipped. I would avoid this practice at all costs.
