the female manager helped me register my truck from another state without having to go into the office. she went above and beyond. she mailed me my registration sticker. some cities would not be as nice.

Waited quit some time once getting a ticket number. Was about 2pm in the afternoon and waited until middle of the week. Figured less busy. Not sure why, but nearly everyone was on lunch. As a production manager.. Why not stagger lunches and rotate the breaks? To me that would keep things going efficiently. And not use up an entire lunch break. And not have to try again another day.

Contact the register of deeds office in the county you were born in from Ohio and they should be able to get you a new certified copy. Of course it's going to cost you a decent penny. There are third party websites that can do it also, but there are a lot of scams with those, so I wouldn't take the chance.
