I had a great experience at the Saint Peters Office Depot/Max. Zach, in printing, was amazing, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I needed my items printed quickly, he did just that. Also, I wasn’t sure on size or quality so he worked with me to ensure I was satisfied with the final product. I appreciate Zach and his excellent customer service.

I feel like the gentleman in the printing department could use some additional assistance. He was great, extremely helpful and knowledgeable but even while working with 2-3 customers at a time, couldn't catch up due to demand. All the while, 2 associates were at the main registers on their phones. Surely, even if the other associates had zero knowledge of printing, could have help ring customers out while he focused on the print duties. Give that man a raise and acknowledge his work ethic! Worst store ever! Always long lines; customer service is terrible; products are all overpriced. Expect service on any expensive product - don't expect any; Need to send a pkg quickly - better ask for the day off, it will take that long; Long lines everyday, for just checking out or sending pkgs. Ridiculous. I will take my business elsewhere. SO DONE!!!
