So far, I'm highly skeptical. I do appreciate the safety measures they are practicing, which is why I will at least go to a couple of appts, but the admin part seems unethical & overcharges existing patients as new patients if you don't see them enough & give them enough money every x years. Likewise, I was unable to see my cardiologist & was stuck seeing someone else unfamiliar with my pre-existing condition & with ZERO interest in learning how this affects my pulmonary system & inability to undergo a stress test. I hope to update this, and hope things will improve. I doubt anyone there is qualified to handle my case, but at least will get one test done that I need & get the results forwarded to someone more competent. I can’t stress enough how any practices tied to HCA seem to have a big problem with incompetence & improper billing. In the future, I'll be forcing the issue with my PCP to stop referring me to HCA affiliates & send me to UF/Shands specialists instead. My most recent visit was a huge waste of time and again, I was treated as a new patient, which I am NOT. BTW..It was the failure of their HCA hospital to treat a systemic infection that lead to the heart damage I have, so I'd love nothing more than the name & number of a good malpractice attorney.

I went to my appointment that was at 8 AM I arrive to the clinic outside at 7:30 I went inside checked in with one of the receptionist I waited at about 830 never was called I see so many people coming in going past me going to the back being saying I’m never called I get up and go to the desk and ask the lady did you check me in she say yes once again but when she really thoroughly looked into the system she say instead of checking me in, she checked me out and then she tells me I have to wait and till the therapist is supposed to give me the echocardiogram to see if she can fit me in after she made a big mistake now I have to wait a few more hours probably to see if I can get fitted in after I was there on time and the receptionist made the mistake therefore I left I had enough I was fed up that’was so unprofessional, instead of her apologizing to me and saying you will be next she tells me they will see can they fit me in that was a poor excuse for something they did wrong very unprofessional very unconcerned it’s so sad what’s happening to these people in this world healthcare workers losing their touch .

I will never set foot in this facility again.I was denied entry yesterday (5/19/22)for not wearing a mask. I tried to explain that I have chronic pulmonary disease and can not wear a mask. I got to the office already distressed. 94 outside , high humidity and no handicapped parking space available. Sat down to wait my turn as I was light headed and had chest pains all week. I tried to explain to the front desk that I could not wear a mask and was told then I had to leave the building. I di and now I will file a complaint with the medical board.

It’s a very disappointed group. Heartless people running the business and only for business. This is my second time went to this place, they do the same give you a bite(sent a bill for more money, is this a jackpot?) after pay totally by my own pocket. And both times doctors didn’t do nothing, just like went and see a counselor for 10 minutes, that’s all. Never willing go back to this place, rather let me die. No insurance, do not go, this is Bad-egg!

Call 352-375-1212 ask for patient portal access. You will be asked for your email to be registered in your file. Once we have that email we can send you a link via email with directions to register to the patient portal. If you still need help our phone lines are open from 7.30am to 5pm
