Would put zero stars if i could, food is ALWAYS sloppily prepared and the cashiers at the window are rude.

Stopped by on July 1 2022 and I have never had service like this before. I placed my order and ask for no tomatoes due to an allergy. The cashier (Wanda R.) called for the cook to come out so she can tell him of my allergy. Wanda brought my order out to me and ensured there was no tomatoes. The cook, I hate I didn't get his name, brought out the rest of my families order. He let me know he even changed gloves to ensure he didn't have any chance of having tomato juice on them. As we are finishing up Wanda came back out to make sure everything was good and to make sure we was good. NEVER in my life has anyone went above and beyond like these 2 employees did. I normally get the eye roll and some places even tried to just peel off the tomato (which still causes me to have a reaction due to the juice and seeds. Once again thank you to these 2 people for taking the extra steps and doing more than most will do!!!

11 hours into a 14 hour car trip. Bathrooms clean. Workers super nice. We were the only ones there and they said it was okay for the kids to run around which was great since they’d been cooped up and we don’t normally encourage that type of behavior in restaurants. Again, the staff was super nice and helpful!

Why ask me if I want any sauce if you are never going to put any sauce in the bag? 3 trips in a row I've said Diablo only to not have ANY in the bag. Sure, after the first time I could have said something about making sure they did but 1. It isn't my job. 2. YOU asked me. 3. I just wanted to see how consistently incompetent you were. Its sauce packets. How hard is that? Will not be going back. If you can't even include something YOU mentioned first, I'm not even going to wonder what else you can't and aren't doing.
