I've been eating ribs my whole life and I generally seek them out at steakhouses, and I've had ribs all over the country this way. I have to say hands down Cowboy Restaurant has the best ribs that me and my wife have ever had.

I don't know how many options there were but I had the ribeye and it was absolutely the best steak I've had in a long time
I recommend their beef tips. It has rice and vegetables with it and you still can choose 2 sides. My son likes the ribs. Daughter in law likes the chicken breast. All dishes are good, and portion size is good as well.

Everyone had a mask on tables were sanitized after each party left, they were also only seating every other table. I thought they did a great job. Also food was delicious!
