I am considering moving to your area, maybe end of summer. My main concern is how did your development tolerate the last few hurricanes that came through there. I am planning to come over your way within the next month or two just to look around.

Plantation Oaks is a new neighborhood and if I remember correct there were no homes there when the last bad hurricane came through. With that being said, there are no big trees in the residential yard. It is close to a major interstate and major roadway. I've been here in the area my whole life. Other than wind damage which cannot really be avoided in a major storm I think Plantation Oaks will be just fine.

is this a mobile home park?? Lot rent?

We are a 55+ resort-style community. We sell HUD-code, factory-built manufactured homes. We are a land-lease community with no property taxes or traditional HOA dues or fees.

Thank you for asking this question. The homes in the community start in the mid 100's and range up to the mid 200's. All homes have front porches and an enclosed two-car garage. Come visit and take a look!
