I was scammed into trying the Unlimited membership. I really wanted a gym experience with a built-in trainer! They promise you unlimited classes to see if you like the gym, but if you do not like it, they claim you can get a refund. THEY DID NOT refund my money after thirty days. They claimed they only refund your money if you take 12 classes in a month, BUT, they did NOT tell me that upon signing up! How is the number of classes related to whether or not the gym is a good fit for me??? Honestly, Emily was the only coach that made me want to work with her again. She helped me learn technique and she was genuinely encouraging. Also, they do not offer enough classes. Unless you want to go at 4am. I am so disappointed I'm going to let the corporate office know of my experience. It was not worth OVER $200 for one month!!! And if you do join, don't buy that tracker, it is useless.

Classes are great and so are the coaches, however the showers should be reserved instead of FCFS. I scheduled a 0600 class and brought my work clothes because I was told there’s no need to reserve a shower. There is indeed a need to have reservations on the showers, there’s only 2.

Different locations have different hours depending on the amount of members. Saturday and Sunday both have 11am classes at south side. There are some great opportunities for new joins this month and those who recommend them.

If you’ve already been doing Orangetheory and become pregnant, check with your doctor first. Our heart rate monitoring is a perfect way to keep an eye on your intensity as you progress through your pregnancy. If you are a few months into your pregnancy and haven’t been doing any sort of fitness training, wait until after you have your baby and we can help get you back into shape!

Absolutely. Our coaches are trained to provide options for each exercise on the floor, in addition to offering a low-impact bike and strider alternative in place of the treadmill for lower body injuries or orthopedic restrictions.

Of course. Orangetheory is geared toward ALL levels of fitness and everyone is free and encouraged to go at their own pace. We recommend trying a free introductory workout, then discussing any thoughts or questions you may have regarding your fitness goals, with your coach.

Orangetheory is 5 Zone heart rate based interval training using specifically designed and timed interval training blocks. During a workout, members focus on Zones 3, 4 and 5. The workouts are designed to produce 12 minutes or more in Zones 4 & 5 combined (to achieve the after burn) during the treadmill training portion of the workout.
