It's so nicely laid out and the water throughout is beautiful. The homes are all beautiful inside and out. The clubhouse and pool are great and the overlook restraunt quickly became a favorite of ours. Truly a wonderful place to live or visit!!

We purchased our home new using a VA loan, so the VA had its own inspection requirements. This is a new development, so there is very little to inspect on any of the properties that are up for sale. I think you can just check with your lender and safely use whomever they suggest since there is little likelihood that there will be a problem.
