Truth Be told
ATI is the best! Everybody is so pleasant starting with the receptionist Jennifer, she so polite and always ending your visit with have a blessed day. Ann, Ryan and Ally is the best I love the team work they really helped me with my torn rotary cuff. Everybody is so polite and pleasant. I love the way they disinfect equipment after every use but to be honest, they should be using a different cloth every time they clean. All they’re doing by using them same cloth over and over in a 8-12 hour shift is is spreading germs all over the place. They could use paper towels or if they have a washing machine in the building wash them. Asked me how I know ? I use to be on infection control committee .

Came to get some help for a strain in my rotator cuff. They were nice, helpful, and professional, and helped me a great deal. I would recommend them .

I have been going to PT here for a little bit more than a month at the direction of my neurosurgeon. With the level of pain I have had I was very skeptical that they could help. I was dreading going because I thought it would just make me hurt even more. Boy, was I wrong!!! I have had 3 regular PT attending to me. They rotate around so everyone is covered and no one is sitting and waiting for the next exercise They are all gentle, polite, concerned and kind-hearted people. Ann, Ryan and Ally have been helping me each time and I couldn’t be more pleased/satisfied! This location is CLEAN. The moment a client is done using a piece of equipment, one of them is sanitizing it for the next user. There are no odd smells at all and they offer you water regularly If you have a choice of where to get your PT, I would wholeheartedly recommend ATI Physical Therapy at this Belair Rd location.

Went to first few appointments, things werent bad at first. One male doctor was pretty weird, kept trying to show off almost. Cracked my neck to just show me he could which I thought was pretty uncomfortable but I'm a go with the flow person so I let it go and thanked him?.. My last visit the same guy was pulling sideways on my neck so hard it gave me some crazy type of neck pain/spasm I've never felt in my life. I tried to let him do his thing thinking this guy probably know what he's doing and this a part of the process.. Ever since then (about 5 months) I've had serious neck pain and issues I've never experienced before. Now I have almost constant neck and trap spasms to the point of not being able to move for hours. The simplest movements set it off and I think back to this poorly run office everytime. I'm so angry that I went to this place looking for professional help and in turn am much worse off with the amount of pain I experience all because of this overly confident male. I obviously would absolutely never go back and I hope people seriously reconsider coming to this place for care. Avoid the blonde guy at the very least.
