Two weeks ago Perry came out to inspect our front door and, hopefully, tell us what's happening to the windows & sidelights. Young man said he'd never seen anything like it before and wanted to talk to the company owner. Haven't heard a word from anyone even though I've called the office 3 times and left as many messages. Regardless of what we decide to do it WON'T be with Perry's. They get 1 star for the very kind office staff. Otherwise I wouldn't have given them any.

Employees are smokers. They threw a cigarette right in front of our van door and caused my husband to have an asthma attack.
