Thee worse! Room 162 where you go for protective orders peace orders, emergency petitions etc. The guy at the front name DWAYNE with the earring in the nose and tats showing is just as unprofessional as he looks. He looks unprofessional speaks unprofessional and sits at that desk resembling a female with an attitude. He is rude, he rolls his eyes, he speaks to you in a condescending way. He isnt helpful, he doesnt listen and he acts as I'd he doesnt even want to be there. He doesnt introduce himself, he doesnt tell you to come to the window it's like why is he there?? Normally everyone back there is pleasant or at least respectful, but not DWAYNE. Nope he missed that mark!!! He is very cold hearted and non chalfant to be working with the domestic violence or anybody for that matter. No one deserves his mistreatment and lack of service. This review is after having more than 1 interaction with him on more than one day so clearly this wasn't an isolated incident. His low energy non chalant self needs to find a new profession where it doesnt involve him having good communication skills. He clearly isnt a peoples person and if he said that on his interview he clearly lied. I'm sure you can roll the cameras and just look at his demeanor and how he talks to people. You come in there already feeling bad and he certainly puts the icing on the cake. He is THEE WORSE in that office. Whoever hired him should be ashamed!

No. You need to go to the one in fayette st landlord and tenant court
Go to North Avenue I believe that the number #5 bus if taking public transportation drops you off go to the courthouse and go to the basement level where the public defenders office is located...
The Court open at 8:00 am, the Court rooms open at 8:30, but the procedures don't start until 9:00 am.
I would call the state's attorney assigned to the case Good luck
