Extremely rude customer service. I had called because I’m moving before the juror report date and am also a primary care provider to a child and was trying to see how to handle that since there wasn’t any option on the form relating to either of those two things. The first women I spoke with actually hung up on me after I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager because she seemed to have an attitude with me getting clarification on my concerns. After she hung up, I selected a different option in hopes of getting someone else to get through to a supervisor or manager and thankfully I did because that woman knew what she was talking about and I wish I had got her the first time around. She clarified everything for me and helped to find the best course of action for me to take. I really appreciated her patience.

Their incompetent doesn’t matter if you have enough evidence or absolutely no evidence they will convict you (Adnan retrial 2021)

With the risk of exposure to Covid, are jurors still packed like sardines into the "holding" rooms awaiting a call to serve?

The jurors were spread out among 3 rooms when I was there (Dec.10 and 13). There were two chairs in between each seat. No vending machines. If you get chosen for a jury, they are using empty courtrooms for juror deliberations so there was plenty of room to spread out.
