Why is it hard for the children of Baltimore City to go to the pools in there community… this is ridiculous 👎🏽🤦🏽♀️

I live across the street from a city park (Sabina Mattfeldt) and while the BCRP crews always do a fine job, I was especially impressed with them today. There was a skinny 6” x 10’ trail of volunteer daffodils that popped up this year. It would’ve been so easy just to have mowed over them. But these wonderful people went out of their way to let a little bit of natural beauty exist. Seems like they take pride in their work. I really can’t tell you how much this made my day! Thank you BCRP! Stay safe. We love & appreciate you!❤️😘

Good Morning I went to Cahill recreation center today. I would like clarification of operating hours so the sign on the facility at Cahill says 10-8 I’m here to get a replacement card and my friend needs to pick hers up but this lady is saying we are early and they don’t start doing anything until 10:30 so your telling me I have to sit here until 10:30 to wait for a replacement card this is ridiculous and this is one of the many reasons people are not coming here if you go to a store and the hours are 11-6 no one stops you from entering and shopping at 11 nor do they tell you that you cannot go to the cashier until 11:30 it’s sad because as I said before Cahill is such a beautiful facility but some of the staff that works here need to go to a customer service class I still don’t understand how a person at work and don’t start work until 10:30

Maybe you should try emailing. You are also likely calling a city use number in the mayor's office. You can also try contacting them through one of their social media accounts like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Flickr, You Tube. I know some of those have specific emails attached to them that may get you what you are seeking quicker. They are extremely busy in the summer with city events and projects and are in the field alot. But there is always the option of visiting the office in Druid Hill Park
