GoalsRx's "Rebuilding a Healthy Gut" health guide is a program I cannot recommend enough for anyone who has digestive issues. I WAS a long time sufferer of IBS, and acid reflux. The health guide provides a clear procedure for rebuilding your gut flora, as well as a bit of background information on prebiotics and probiotics. I have cut my acid reflux medication by over half, and have never been this "regular" before. Its shocking how much of a quality of life booster this has been for me.

I am currently using the “HEAL” cube. I am a long distance runner and tore my high hamstring. I have heard great success stories from the use of BPC-157. I chose GoalsRX, because I trust its source and trust the products. After 4 of weeks of the “HEAL” supplements and BPC-157 I’m seeing great results. I will add, that I was taking BPC-157 capsules for 3 weeks prior and switched to this company for their injectable BPC-157. Injection at the site of injury seems to be more productive with quicker results. Doing one more month of HEAL and thinking about THRIVE next:)
