How is the community and hoa fees and hurricane insurances and hospitals

The HOA fees are very low considering everything you get- Lawncare, gated entrance, resort style amenities. Lindsford is not located in a Flood zone so flood insurance is not required. Hurricane insurance is also pretty low since these homes are all new and up to the latest hurricane codes. Its 15 minutes to RSW airport and there are hospitals near by.
