Terrible service from To go server and manager. To go server never clarified what was meant during the corrections that she got during the order. She just assumed what we meant and went with it. She flat out told us this when we asked her about the order being wrong. Spoke to the manager and he didn't care even the slightest bit. He said he would comp the meal that was coming out hot not the three that are getting cold or are cold now waiting for the meal that was left off due to staff incompetence. Will never go back to any longhorn location ever. Outback will be getting my business from now on.
