One of the worst management! Paying for HOA $125 per month, increased $20 in 4 years; getting basically no service. 1. No dry leaves cleaning: because that's property of VILLAGE OF URBANA 2. No snow removal in March, even after nearly 3 inch snow!!! 3. My backyard, my patio... I paid but they decide .. only wooden fence no other material is allowed! 4. They are egar on policing... who is not removing graduation placard after 2 weeks or who is still hanging the Christmas decorations. 5. When I complained someone's dog roaming in todd's lot.. even went up to my patio... management said we can't do anything, call police. 6. Why grass is dying at your lawn...fine I wonder when this management will be away.
