People that work here don’t last long and they are usually not the nicest. when we have a maintenance issue they fix it but the apartments need a lot of TLC. The carpet was really old since we moved here and the bath tubes too. Impossible to make them look clean. The pool are also needs work.

Lived here for two years honestly the worst place I’ve ever lived 😭 I initially moved because of the price and being freshly out of college and a single mom but honestly the place doesn’t get better. Poor plumbing, disgusting paint on the walls, small rooms, old appliances. Cat infested buildings which management does nothing about no matter how many times you complain I couldn’t believe the audacity of them raising rent to market price when it doesn’t match the value of luxury living at all. So glad this chapter or my life is finished would never recommend this place to anybody.

I called one morning and asked if “section 8 housing vouchers were accepted” the lady that answered sounded as if she was African American. She stated “ NO WE SURE DO NOT” the way she responded was as if her community was to good for those who were low income, or as if anyone that has a voucher is beneath her. Sometimes we have to be careful how we speak to others as we never know where we or our truly loved ones may end in the near future. Always be sure to treat those with kindness just as you would others that are not on housing. I have called many other apartments with this same exact question and many other responses were more helpful and kind for example “at this moment we are not apart of that program but you could try up the street at such and such” . All in all, the lady that answered the phone could have given a more nicer response the way she responded was UGLY from someone working for a community that has a review stating you guys pay for 5 stars.
