Positive: The location met our needs. Negative: Do not stay at this hotel. The cleanliness is clearly questionable, there were no working locks on the hotel door (the deadbolt did not work, the key wasn¿t even necessary because the door did not lock). We had to place a chair under the door handle.

King bed accessible room is too narrow for a walker or wheelchair to get from the doorway to any other part of the room. The bathroom is roomy with a small, low toilet and a taller than standard tub. There were plenty of rails to assist. There was a half roll of toilet paper only. Housekeeping stole my kindle reader and hotel front desk is not making any effort to resolve my complaint. Handicapped parking for the “accessible “ suite is fronted by concrete barriers. Ants were on the counter by the tv and a roach was in the bathroom. This was a no smoking room, but smelled strongly of smoke. The staff we interacted with were friendly and professional with the one exception of holding the housekeeping staff accountable for theft. We would never stay here again.

The room was literally falling apart. Something in the room gave out this high pitched chirp every 30 seconds. The front office lady came in our room to fix the TV. Very nice and polite

Rooms are filthy, smelly and management is poor. I really doubt the owner knows how to run a business and it really shows. I would never ever stay here again especially with children. He also owns days inn and it is just as bad I would rather sleep in my vehicle. If he keeps places looking and smelling like this I'd hate to see his own home.
