Owners don't care if you lose money, You call the number the have posted or use to and they say they will mail it to you. You have to catch them there to get a refund. Which is On mondays and Thursdays, yes I had to go sit up there to figure that out. The person that cleans it is lousey and rude and does tik tok while working lol. she comes off really rude and unprofessional You picked a real winner with this one. Atleast the other employees stayed longer and actually cleaned but that was about 2 yrs ago.

Not bad for a small facility, could have been cleaner inside of the soap areas in washing machines, floor, etc. but good location, quiet, open 24 hours which is great for a night owl like me! I'll use them again as needed!

Been coming here for 6 months until 2 weeks ago. Signs on door stated "No Water" and red signs from city saying it was unsafe due to no water. No signs today and still no cold water to the machines. It is hot water or nothing. Enjoy the $8 donation.
