First red flag should have been the people in the parking lot dismatling a car. The next thing was the first desk associate seeming to be high on something. The smell in the elevator was horrible. The cleanliness was awful. There were homeless people and drug activity all over the place. I took my belongings with me even though I had another night reservation. Came back and they gave my room away and would not give me a refund. Left me 41/2 hours away from home trying to find another place to stay. I wouldn't go back and advise you to think about staying here. Over priced, nasty,dirty, homeless, drugs and unsafe.

Positive: The bed Negative: The rooms were non smoking but the first room we checked in smelled horrible like smoke and we asked for another one and it smelled the same.

Positive: Free simple breakfast. Negative: The refrigerator outside is rusting. It is very noisy from next to rooms.

I have Stayed at Dozens of Hotels and by Far this is my Favorite Place to stay! Ms. Shannon at the Front Desk is an absolute Angel . She is genuinely Kind and will make you feel at home. Staying at the extended Stay feels so much better than other hotels. They will supply you with Whatever you need whenever you need. Towels, dishes, sheets, you name it. They genuinely Care about the Guest staying here and treat them with Respect and kindness. If you need somewhere to stay for a little while and don’t want to feel like your staying in a hotel but a place more like Home then look no further ! The Staff alone will make you feel comfortable and cared for ! Thank You to all the Staff 🙏 so much for the Peaceful Experience I have had with Extended Stay .
