Very disappointed, I went today for a 5 tire rotation and oil change and as I was driving home this came on my dashboard. I should get a credit back for the tire rotation or at least a free one in the future but all that was offered to me was to drive it back to them.

Circumstances dictated a pretty fast timeline to replace my truck totaled in an accident. I contacted my salesman from 2 years ago and he in turn put me with a very capable salesperson who quickly understood my needs and showed me a truck I ultimately bought the same day. Checking on it, service information is vague at best. It does look like it though, both are close to the expansion valve. If the system is fully charged the ambient temp sensor goes bad in the left side exterior mirror ,it is not serviced seperately , if thats the case you will need a left front/ drivers mirror.
I've always had good experiences but make sure you ask for a print out of the estimate.
Hi D, Sorry the service department is not open on Sunday. We are open 7am Monday through Saturday and close at 6pm Monday through Friday and 2pm on Saturday.
If you buy from them you had better be careful and make sure you have everything in wrightin and don't pay anything until you are sure of what you get they will take you to the cleaners if they get a chance. I know they ripped me off good i got a attorney now Justice takes time as they will say BUYER Be WARE
