Very friendly....nice to have a local Spectrum Store. Sign up for service, and buy your phone and equipment locally!!! They don't have a direct phone number....but go there in person for excellent service at a great price!!!🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Internet is fast and technicians do great job but inconsistency is a huge problem. Our internet is off and on constantly for over 6 months now. Technicians will come and problem will be solved for about 2 days but then it’s out again. Price is also very high. Wish there was more competition in rural areas

I think that it's way over rated they don't never really give any kind of deals, it's always higher than the deal they was supposed to give you. And when you get the bill they say that you owe more than anything you had ever began talking about. I just don't understand why with all the money they are making, they don't give some people that really need it a break. Explicitly the kids for school because they pretty much have to have the internet anymore to get there work done right.
