I get this covid makes things tough but OMG. I had to schedule my appt 2 weeks ago because local areas were 2 month waits. Appointmaints at 2:50p. Wait for half an hour. Get told they cant accept digital proof of insurance so step out to have it faxed over. Wait outside for over an hour. Get told they will take 2 more people and my paperwork is too much so come back tomorrow when I was waiting ahead of EVERYONE there and drove an hour and a half to get here. Its now 4:45pm. Dmv closes at 5pm. The 2 people they let go in just left. With 15 minutes left in the state paid agencies work day and they wont even come to the door!!!!!!

Staff was polite, and helpful. The only thing is the parking lot could be laid out better.

Efficient office. Smaller than I'm used to. Nice friendly tellers. They had previously prepared me for everything I needed.
