Going fishing at Trout River is very secure
It doesn't close. people fish there all day and all night. my sister lives close to trout river and we fish there alot.
You can fish anytime, we've been there early morning and late night...2-3 am.
The pier is right behind Trout River bait store where you see Tulsa welding school there's a lot of parking lot right there walk right there on top on the pier

There is a bait store right beside it, but no rod rentals. They do sell them though.
