ALLIE NICKERSON is a horrible representative of this company. The whole claim process was drug out unnecessarily in a simple situation where I wasn’t at fault at all. She wouldn’t return calls nor emails. Things didn’t get rolling until I contacted multiple people, including her high head. Nothing but lies and no priority, which caused everything to go on for almost over a month. Allie is so horrible that even her coworkers were frustrated trying to reach her to help me.
