The entire staff always greet me with a smile when ever I need assistance and are very helpful to my needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The Office manager Ms. Moore always makes time to answer questions when I’m not clear about something and very quick with responding to emails. The maintenance supervisor here Jeffrey is always attentive. There was never a time where I put in a request for service or follow up that it was not taken care of within 24 hours. Jeffrey is very respectful and respects your space. They are definitely a plus to living space.

Riverside Arms is a great place to live . I was one of the first families to move into the complex. Management and staff are all ways helpful. The Property Manager Jacqueline Moore has always been helpful. She makes sure the buildings are kept clean ,safe and the work orders are handled in a timely manner. The children have a safe play area on the grounds which is great . The parking spots are limited but other than that I have no complaints . It's a safe clean place to live .

I’ve been living here for 4 years and I don’t have any complaints so far. Jackie and her staff have been very helpful to me in every way possible. She replies in a timely manner to my emails and always makes accommodations when I need to come in and sign any documents in regards to my lease.

I moved here a year ago. I haven’t had any major problem since I moved here. I had a leak once and contacted Jackie Moore and she sent someone to look at it the same day. She also contacts me back in a timely fashion when I reach out to her. Jackie Moore also answers all the my questions and gives me a lot of information that I need. I always thanks her for the time that she takes out to provide information that’s needed. Riverside arms also had a security company come out and give us information on how to take free classes and get your SORA license. They also have a summer program for the kids to receive breakfast and lunch. My problem with living here has nothing to do with management, it’s the parking and people allowing their pets to poop on the sidewalks.
