First I'd like to start by saying, these owners are very nice and respectful. Best in the billiards industry. I walked in the store the other day and I was immediately greeted by Ruth. And when I said my table was re-covered a few weeks ago by this company she immediately remembered my name! Gary re-covered my 9 foot Gold Crown along with new bumpers! And the table plays great! I'm glad I hired this company! They both are very knowledgeable and understanding and are willing to help out with anything you might have questions about. They both are so nice I didn't even realize I was in the store for almost 2 hours having a conversation about billiards and life haha. I will be moving soon and I will definitely be calling them to help move the table! Gary loves what he does so much he said even if he won the lottery he would still be fixing as well moving pool tables and playing pool when he can. If that isn't dedication i dunno what is. This company won't let you down!

The customer service was exceptional. Most places do not allow you to try the cues out to get the “feel” of a cue that works for you. Eastern Billiards does this and more. This place makes you feel at home, the staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products and how you use them. We purchased two cues and cases and could not be more pleased with our items. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 11/10. It’s worth the drive in Kissimmee traffic to visit this store. Do yourself a favor and check them out!!
