The manager here off 103rd is steeling money from me an I have spoken with her on Several occasions I've asked her to speak with the owners and she refuses to let me she refuse to give me the contact to them or give my contact to them and I'm needing help so if anybody knows how to get ahold of the owners of this place please reach out to me and let me know thank you guys have a blessed day

Please don't move here!Please I beg don't live in this apartment complex! Please don't put yourself in massive stress by picking this apartment complex. Please take my warning to you seriously.

The experience here with the current property manager has been absolutely awful. She normally in the office but has yet to take any business call. I've called on several occasions to reach management and I get no response, however if I happen to leave the complex she is standing outside with the young maintenance guy smoking. I also had a co-worker looking to inquire about an apartment and she blantly lied about the price of a one bedroom, "I quote", they are 850. She has no type of compassion about anyone safety in the complex and this is unacceptable. If this continues I will be forced to contact city. My bathroom floor is caving in, carpet has yet to be cleaned, after being here 7years I should have a complimentary cleaning, which last property manager was in the process of doing. Indie was terrific and caring. This new property manager will definitely downgrade this entire complex and no one will live here, definitely not for the price. Please reconsider someone else with a different mindset. Although this is truly business, people also have been living here for years and want to be comfortable while paying for rent. Thanks to whoever in advance.
