I have been calling this place for over a month to inquire about renting and they don't even have an employee to answer their telephones. They use an answering service and never return the phone calls when messages are left with the answering service. I have left many messages over the past month without a single phone call being returned.

Reasonable price, quiet, excellent management and maintenance. In general,it's the best apartment. I lived there 5 years with no single problem.

I lived more than a year there, for me it is the best place in jacksonville, the maintenance is excellent, the manager of the place is very good, if I rented an apartment without a doubt it would be gregory west apartments 100%

I was told by a family member that they do accept them, however there is limited availability for units in which they accept the voucher. I would give the property office a call for any further information. Best of luck to you.
Between 600 and 700. They are very nice units and very spacious. The property manager is awesome. Any problem you may have she will have it fixed asap.
